Screen printing consists of five major elements, namely screen printing, squeegee, ink, printing table and substrate. The basic principle of screen printing is to use the basic principle of the screen printing part to penetrate the ink, and the non-image part of the grid is opaque to the printing.
During printing, the ink is poured onto one end of the screen printing plate, and a certain pressure is exerted on the ink part of the screen printing plate by the squeegee blade while moving toward the other end of the screen printing plate. During the movement, the scraper squeezes the ink from the mesh of the graphic part onto the substrate. Due to the viscosity of the ink, the mark is fixed within a certain range.
